37,5 minutes of long ek ong kars. It is said that meditation on this sound current can balance all of the chakras, open the solar plexus and liberate you from the cycle of time and karma. You are also welcome to use this track for your private practice and a write up is available here.

THE SADHANA ROOM
An always-open zoom room for your personal practice, so you can stay connected to the group while doing your own thing, if you’d like. Sometimes you’ll be alone, sometimes we’ll overlap and practice together. Camera on or off, pyjamas and red light masks welcome, come as you are.
