Luminosity. We have made it to a new calendar year, if you feel lit up with energy and fresh intentions : fantastic ! If you’re not quite there yet, it is perfectly okay too. Life moves in rhythms that are always there to support us. I always personally sense the year actually begins with the momentum of mid March anyways, while winter feels more like being pregnant with my next cycle to come. There is time - un-rushed - to let a vision emerge.
In the womb-like energy of January where possibility rests - if we are to be transformed deeply, if we are to be reborn another time - I wish the changes to be rooted in the contemplation of our innermost truth: What makes me feel like I am thriving, really? Do my desires from last year still resonate with me now? What do I feel naturally drawn to, what sparks my energy, and where am I focusing my efforts? Is this direction truly authentic to who I am?

Our session is designed to support you, whether you’re starting anew or refining your ongoing journey of clarity and renewal. We are creating a clear mental state and cultivating the radiant body - 10th body in the yogic system. This energy is our inner light, our magnetism, and our courage. It is the resonance that draws opportunities to us and allows us to move through life with grace, confidence, and resilience.
