into shunya

As kundalini yogis, we are pran yogis, meaning we use posture, pranayama, and bhanda to create a state of stillness - shuniya - nothingness - silence - vastness - heaven. Into this stillness, a bij (seed) is planted to create a new rhythm, a new pattern of being.

This is when the kundalini flows, the contact with vastness affects our structure, sets the the web of our subtle bodies vibrating. In between eclipses, this is the intention of this session, composed of the master set followed by a meditative series that creates a still point of prana at the heart. It is very nourishing and blissful. Unlike other kriyas, every exercise of the main series can be practiced alone, and if you do so, you might want to experiment increasing the time up to 11 minutes.
