Kundalini Yoga is a nondual yogic path which recognizes a Supreme Oneness from which we emerge. But as Oneness expresses itself, it takes the form of polarities. A basic polarity would be you versus others, or the perception that there is a separate you versus me. Practice
In this session, we practice a kriya to invoke a state of inner harmony, empower the heart space and meditate on a mantra that vibrates “recognisetheotherpersonisyou” - so that, beyond the mind and cognitive understanding of the concept, we can incarnate more of the wisdom encoded in these words : becoming vessels for universal love and intelligence.
