Our practice this week is very solar and meant to be a little physically spicy - it activates Manipura chakra so that we cultivate a deep sense of confidence. At the navel I initiate-create, I have then to let go (let g.o.d.) : trusting the unfolding of events, keeping my vision open. In order to soften into my receptivity and surrender to the big cosmic meaning and gifts, I need to sense that the space within myself is well held, that I have control over my domain, and that starts within the very core of my being. This is an embodied experience, felt in the flesh, that creates ripples in my attitude and pre-disposition towards life.
