befriending the mind

Gemini season is in full swing, and the mental space can feel loud. So many ideas, paths, questions. The multiplicity is exciting, until it becomes overwhelming (this is certainly true for me).

This week, we work toward befriending the mind, making it an ally. The intention is to build our capacity to stay comfortable when thoughts multiply. To release control without losing clarity. To shake off the tension that comes from holding on too tight.

We practice with kriya, breath and visualisation to shift the relationship. Without suppressing the mind, without feeding it, instead gently showing it how to follow presence - because clarity comes from space, rhythm, and trust indeed.
