I am in Rome, Italy to teach this weekend, this is a destiny I could never have imagined for myself 10 years from now, that makes me reflect on how open the path really is and all the leaps of faith it took.
Our past shapes us, often in ways we don’t consciously notice. Old patterns, habits, and emotional imprints—called samskaras in yogic philosophy— keep us repeating cycles of behavior, thinking, and feeling. These imprints live in the subconscious and act like an internal autopilot, steering us back to what’s familiar, even if a lot of times it no longer serves us.
As we practice along this session, we work deeply on the lymphatic system and thymus gland, increasing circulation and opening the heart’s region, the idea is to soften the places that have been hardened by carrying our burdens and opening up to a future of intentions and new possibilities.
