A short practice for winter blues, a gentle warm-up followed by a meditation to resync the mind and soften low, looping states.
In yogic language, we work with the second body, the negative (protective) mind. When it dominates, it pulls us into worst-case scenarios, self-criticism, and subconscious negative loops. This meditation focuses mostly at the crown, inviting lightness and perspective into that field, so the protective mind can loosen a little. Think of it as opening a window in a heavy room : the mind is still there, but there is more air, more space, a bit more sky.
